For the last couple of months we have been testing a new telephone Voice Over IP (VOIP) service provider. Thursday night (7th December 2006) we switched and went live ..... your phone systems have been updated and tested with the new trunk.

The new route will bring better call quality removing problems such as unexpected call drops, call volume consistency and less failed calls. Other positive improvements include lower call rates, more destinations and finally more resilience within the VOIP infrastructure.

From your point of view everything remains the same we are just re-directing your calls through a different voice provider.
